We are looking for a talented and experienced Chef to join our Tapas Bar team, specialising in the preparation of high-quality, authentic Spanish cuisine in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will not only have a passion for food but also strong leadership skills to effectively manage the kitchen team. Our menus are rooted in traditional Spanish recipes, and we pride ourselves on delivering one of the finest Spanish culinary experiences.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 12 months of experience as a Chef in a similar restaurant or within the hospitality industry
• Extensive knowledge of Spanish cuisine, including expertise in Spanish products such as cheeses, meats, oils, and wines, as well as advanced cooking techniques
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations within a kitchen environment
• Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Enthusiastic, with a desire to develop a successful career in high-end restaurants
• Dedicated and hardworking, with the ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
• Experience collaborating with management to develop seasonal menus
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
• Proven ability to manage inventory and control food costs
• Experience supervising kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations
