We're looking for a confident and experienced freelance chef to support an upcoming live brand activation in one of London's most prominent landmarks, bringing together two well-known Italian brands. Managed by SC Events Marketing, this is an exciting opportunity for a chef who is comfortable working in a live event environment and representing premium food brands confidently., This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, experienced chef who enjoys working in a fast-paced event environment and is comfortable representing a brand. You'll be working as part of a wider team, supporting food preparation and service throughout a full day.,

• Preparing and serving a variety of pasta dishes in line with the agreed specifications
• Working efficiently within a fast-paced, live event environment
• Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene
• Supporting with kitchen set-up and close-down
• Working within a food truck/mobile kitchen set-up
• Working closely with the Event Manager and wider event team
• Representing the brands in a professional manner and engaging with consumers where required
  Experienced chefs with a strong background in live events, activations or food service
• Confident, personable and professional
• Comfortable engaging with the public and representing a brand
• Strong food hygiene and kitchen standards
• Reliable and able to work as part of a wider event team, Professional chef experience
• Relevant food hygiene certification
• Experience working at events, pop-ups, festivals, brand activations or similar environments is desirable
• Reliable, punctual and well organised
• Strong food hygiene and food safety awareness
• Comfortable working in a busy, customer-facing environment
• Positive, professional and confident attitude
• Able to work effectively as part of a wider event team
• Italian heritage and/or Italian language skills would be a nice-to-have
