Our Holborn kitchen is busy, standards are high, and we're looking for a Chef de Partie who takes pride in their craft and can hold their own on any section.
About Hummus Revolution: Hummus Revolution is a fast-growing London restaurant group built around authentic Middle Eastern cuisine - from silky hummus and mezze to grilled meats and slow-cooked dishes. We use quality ingredients, respect traditional recipes, and run tight, professional kitchens.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and cook dishes to spec, maintaining quality and consistency across every service
- Work across multiple sections (hot, cold/mezze, grill, prep) depending on the rota
- Keep your section clean, organised, and stocked throughout service
- Follow food safety and allergen procedures without exception
- Communicate clearly with the team during busy services
- Support mise en place and prep to set the next shift up for success
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience working in a professional kitchen
- Ability to work confidently across multiple sections
- Strong understanding of food hygiene and allergen regulations (Level 2 Food Hygiene minimum)
- Able to work at pace without compromising quality
- Reliable and a genuine team player
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Mediterranean cuisine
- Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate
