Responsibilities
This position will be based in the pizza and pasta section and will be fully responsible for making sauces and pizza from scratch daily. The kitchen is fully equipped with a bespoke pizza oven and kitchen equipment of dreams. As a chef de partie you will have a second chef de partie to support you and will be required to take the lead and manage this specific section. Other duties include ordering, stock control, and inputting new dishes and pizza and pasta ideas onto the menu and planning.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role you must register with Phoenix Resourcing Services (PRS), have the right to work in the UK and be free to start within one week. Experience as a chef de partie with knowledge of Italian cuisine is required. You will be working in a kitchen that provides breakfast and lunch for approximately 600 people a day, so ability to manage a large-volume kitchen is essential.
Compensation and Schedule
Pay: £16 per hour; paid weekly for the first three months, then moved to monthly pay plus benefits after probation. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
