Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in your assigned section of the kitchen. Ensure all food is presented to the highest standard and in a timely manner. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in your workstation. Assist in training and guiding junior kitchen staff. Monitor stock levels and report any shortages to the Head Chef.
