- Take full responsibility for your designated section throughout service.
- Prepare and cook dishes to Ottolenghi standards with precision and consistency.
- Supervise and support junior chefs and kitchen assistants on your section.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are adhered to at all times.
- Manage stock within your section, including ordering and rotation.
- Communicate clearly with the wider kitchen team and management.
- Contribute to a positive, professional kitchen culture.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
- 1+ years of experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie in a quality kitchen.
- Solid understanding of food hygiene regulations and allergen management.
- A genuine enthusiasm for food and a desire to develop your skills., Strong technical cookery skills with good attention to detail.
