H&C Solutions offers an exciting opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join a high‑end Italian restaurant located in Mayfair. The kitchen is a close‑knit brigade of five chefs serving 50‑60 guests at lunch and up to 150 at dinner, Monday through Saturday. The role requires a creative, reliable chef who thrives in a fast‑paced, quality‑driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute authentic Italian dishes in line with the restaurant’s award‑winning menu.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene.
  • Collaborate closely with the brigade to manage service flow and support the Sous Chef as needed.
