We're looking for a talented Chef de Partie who has a genuine passion for Italian food and extensive experience in pizza preparation from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing fresh pizza dough from scratch
- Working with a variety of traditional doughs and fermentation methods
- Producing high-quality pizzas using authentic techniques
- Maintaining excellent food quality, consistency and presentation
- Supporting the wider kitchen team in a fast-paced environment
Contract Details
For the first 12 weeks, you'll be employed by Contract Options on a PAYE basis, with weekly pay. This period will also serve as your probation.
Working hours are:
- 37.5 hours per week
- Monday to Friday only
- A fantastic work-life balance with no weekend shifts
Following the successful completion of the 12-week probationary period, you'll transfer directly to our client as a permanent employee.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie within an Italian kitchen
- Proven experience making pizzas from scratch
- Excellent knowledge of different dough types, proving and fermentation techniques
- A genuine passion for authentic Italian cuisine
- High standards of food hygiene and kitchen organisation
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a busy team
