Alfonsina is a Latin American restaurant in the heart of Farringdon, bringing Latin American cuisine with global influences to London. Our menu blends Argentine, Mexican, Brazilian and Peruvian dishes - from fresh cebiches to mouthwatering steaks and grilled favourites - all focused on quality and great flavour. We're looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join the team, support the Chef Owner, and help deliver a consistently great experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Run your section and deliver dishes to a high standard
  • Help keep service smooth, organised and efficient
  • Work closely with the team and support junior chefs
  • Keep things calm and focused during busy services
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
  • Get involved in events and special services when needed

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Chef de Partie (or strong Commis/Demi ready to step up)
  • Solid understanding of kitchen operations and service flow
  • Team player with a positive, hands-on attitude
  • Organised, reliable, and proactive
  • A genuine interest in Latin American food and flavours
