We’re looking for an ambitious and driven Chef/Cook to lead in a fast‑paced, high‑volume bar kitchen. The role spans ownership of the kitchen, shaping a brand‑new small plate menu focused on quality, consistency and speed of service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and compliance with all food safety regulations.
