The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in Mexican and Spanish cooking, along with relevant professional kitchen experience. You should be confident working in a busy environment and committed to producing consistently delicious, high-quality food.,
- Preparing and cooking Mexican- and Spanish-inspired dishes
- Maintaining excellent food quality and presentation
- Following food safety and hygiene standards
- Managing prep and service efficiently
- Supporting the wider kitchen team
- Helping to maintain a clean, organised kitchen
- Professional kitchen experience
- Experience with, or strong knowledge of, Mexican and Spanish cuisine
- Passion for fresh ingredients and bold flavours
- Reliability, teamwork and good time management
- Flexibility to work across both London locations
- £15 - £18 hourly
