Prep for lunch service (we make everything fresh every day, small batches) and run service with a KP or go without on particularly quiet days. You're out the door at 4pm! Occasional evenings for special events.
You must have experience with dough, Italian food and a meat slicer. You must enjoy making simple recipes and following instructions. Our team is friendly and easy going but our standards are high.
You will be trained to work alone in the kitchen during the quieter breakfast service and in time will take on some busy lunch shifts as well. This is a simple operation but it requires great organisational skills, an ability to see the big picture and a real love for cooking.
