We're looking for a passionate, enthusiastic chef to join our team at our pub, serving up delicious Middle Eastern and Mediterranean‑inspired street food from our kitchen and food truck. Think juicy chicken skewers, crispy falafel, stacked burgers, creamy hummus, fresh wraps, homemade sauces and all the good stuff that keeps our customers coming back for more! We're proud of our food, our atmosphere and, most importantly, our great team. Now we're looking for someone who shares our passion for great food and wants to be part of what we're building. WHAT YOU'LL BE GETTING UP TO
- Preparing and cooking delicious street food packed with flavour.
- Preparing fresh ingredients, marinades, sauces and accompaniments.
- Bringing our Middle Eastern and Mediterranean‑inspired menu to life.
- Keeping standards high, from food quality to presentation.
- Getting creative with new dishes, specials and exciting flavour combinations.
- Working across our pub kitchen and food truck, so there's always variety.
- Keeping the kitchen organised, clean and ready for service.
- Someone who loves what they do, takes pride in their cooking and brings great energy into the kitchen.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has professional kitchen experience.
- Enjoys preparing and cooking street food.
- Understands the importance of fresh ingredients, flavour and consistency.
- Is reliable, organised and comfortable working in a busy environment.
- Works well as part of a team and isn't afraid to get stuck in.
