We're looking for a talented, organised, and passionate Chef to join our growing kitchen team.
- Preparing and cooking our brunch menu to a consistently high standard.
- Maintaining excellent food presentation and attention to detail.
- Assisting with daily prep and mise en place.
- Helping develop seasonal specials and new menu ideas.
- Ensuring food hygiene and health & safety standards are maintained at all times.
- Working efficiently during busy service while remaining calm under pressure.
- Supporting the Head Chef and working closely with the rest of the team.
- Taking pride in keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and well stocked.
- Has previous experience in a busy brunch, café, or restaurant kitchen.
