Responsibilities

  • Oversee the hot section during prep and service.
  • Prepare dishes following our authentic recipes and quality standards.
  • Communicate regularly with kitchen management.
  • Support onboarding and training of new chefs.
  • Ensure the section runs smoothly during busy services.
  • Respect health and safety standards at all times.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen.
