Back9 Barbecue & Braai (Hainault Forest Golf Club) is looking for a Chef / Kitchen Manager to help run our busy BBQ kitchen. If you love smoked meats, live-fire cooking, and leading a kitchen, we want to hear from you.
Ideal start for the 'right' candidate will be March/April.
- Strong outgoing personality, friendly & a leader
- Real passion for BBQ (you come from a BBQ country or background)
- Experience in grill/smokehouse kitchens a big advantage
- Can handle pressure & run a tight kitchen
- You drive or have a car essential
