We’re looking for a reliable, hands‑on bakery production assistant to join our small team at Mission Kitchen (New Covent Garden Market, SW8).
Responsibilities
- Assist with baking and production across our range (cheesecakes, curry puffs, kuih‑muih).
- Portion, pack, and quality‑check products for wholesale dispatch.
- General kitchen prep, cleaning down, and stock rotation.
- Work to recipe and food safety (HACCP) standards.
Qualifications
- Some kitchen/production/bakery experience preferred, but willing to train the right person.
- Reliable, organised, comfortable working to a schedule with wholesale deadlines, able to work independently.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate a plus (or willing to obtain).
