As Lead Baker, you will take ownership of the day‑to‑day running of the kitchen, ensuring consistency, quality and smooth service. You will be working closely with junior bakers and prep assistants, supporting a collaborative and positive kitchen environment. The role also includes periods of working independently in the kitchen during quieter hours.
