Job Title: Team Leader

As a Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, ensuring the team has everything they need to make each shift run smoothly. You’ll maintain high standards and keep our customers happy.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each time they visit.
  • Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
  • Organise and coordinate the team during busy shifts.
