As a Breakfast & Lunch Chef, you’ll play a key part in the kitchen, ensuring our breakfast and lunchtime services run smoothly. You’ll prepare and cook delicious dishes for our hotel guests and customers, maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, and support the wider kitchen team. Shifts will typically start around 6:30am and finish around 3:00pm, with flexibility required across weekdays and weekends.
Qualifications include:
- Ensuring breakfast and lunchtime services run smoothly.
- Preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard, ensuring every plate is well presented.
- Taking ownership of the breakfast service before moving into preparation and cooking for lunch.
- Maintaining a well-stocked, clean, and organised section throughout your shift.
- Working closely with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver a great experience for guests.
- Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety.
