As a Breakfast & Lunch Chef, you’ll play a key part in the kitchen, ensuring our breakfast and lunchtime services run smoothly. You’ll prepare and cook delicious dishes for our hotel guests and customers, maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, and support the wider kitchen team. Shifts will typically start around 6:30am and finish around 3:00pm, with flexibility required across weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications include:

  • Preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard, ensuring every plate is well presented and delivered consistently.
  • Taking ownership of the breakfast service before moving into preparation and cooking for lunch.
  • Ensuring your section is well stocked, clean, and organised throughout your shift.
  • Working closely with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver a great experience for our guests.
  • Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety, completing relevant kitchen checks.
  • Helping with preparation and handovers to ensure the kitchen is set up for the rest of the day.
