The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Ecommerce Manager to take charge of our digital platforms – from Amazon and Shopify to new marketplaces on the horizon. You’ll own product listings, optimise content and SEO, support paid campaigns, and help drive growth across the UK and beyond. Working closely with our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll make a real difference to sales, efficiency, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise listings across Shopify, Amazon (1P & 3P), and other marketplaces
- Oversee Amazon Vendor & Seller Central – from POs to account health
- Maintain and enhance Shopify product pages and UX
- Implement SEO best practices and monitor keyword performance
- Support paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, Amazon Sponsored Products)
- Lead CRO projects – A/B testing, funnel optimisation, checkout improvements
- Contribute to international expansion and marketplace strategy
- Report on KPIs, insights, and growth opportunities
About You
You’re someone who:
- Has 2–4 years of ecommerce experience (Amazon & Shopify essential)
- Understands SEO, product listings, and web management
- Enjoys analysing data and turning insights into action
- Is organised, proactive, and detail-focused
- Communicates clearly and loves cross-team collaboration
- Wants to grow your skills in paid media, CRO, or international ecommerce
