Charlie Oven Company designs and builds premium outdoor charcoal ovens and outdoor kitchens by hand in Britain. Our products combine exceptional cooking performance with timeless design, creating the centrepiece of modern outdoor living. We are a growing business with ambitious plans, working across e-commerce, retail partnerships, events and direct customer sales.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and resourceful Operations and Administration Manager to join our small team to help keep the business running smoothly as we continue to grow.

The Role

This is a varied, hands-on role at the heart of the business. You will support day-to-day operations across order processing, logistics, customer service, administration and events. The ideal candidate will enjoy solving problems, staying organised and making things happen. No two days are the same, so we are looking for someone proactive, adaptable and highly detail orientated. This is a hybrid role based in Richmond, Surrey, with a mixture of office, home and occasional event-based work.
