The Role: As a Sales Manager at CheckProof, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for prospecting, conducting demo presentations, and converting cold outreach into warm leads. You will engage in social selling, creating a strong network and online presence to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Achieving annual sales targets will be a key focus, with regular follow-ups on individual and team progress. Additionally, occasional travel will be required to meet business needs. Your key responsibilities include: Identifying potential customers and creating new business opportunities. Conducting product demonstrations to showcase the value of CheckProof’s solutions. Converting cold leads into warm prospects through targeted outreach. Developing and maintaining your own customer portfolio. Managing and updating CRM systems (HubSpot), building lists, and conducting customer research. What We’re Looking For: Experience from construction material industries or similar. Experience in sales. Fluent in English; additional languages (especially French) are a bonus. Comfortable using digital tools and platforms. Experience in HubSpot is a plus. Driver\’s license is a requirement. Other than that, we see that you are outgoing, self-driven, and responsible. You like to work towards KPIs and are goal-oriented. You also have knowledge of the market and a proactive approach to work. A long sales experience is not necessarily the most important part; we value your knowledge about heavy industries. You have a genuine interest in offering these industries a tool to make their workplaces safer.
