Checkout.com is seeking a Group Product Manager to join our team of product managers working on enhancing our finance and treasury infrastructure. This role will play a crucial part in developing new capabilities to minimize manual processes within the organization. The successful candidate will provide cross-functional leadership across product, engineering, and business teams to ensure new products are integrated into Checkout.com’s Finance and Treasury ecosystem, enabling a seamless experience for our merchants and internal teams. Responsibilities include understanding stakeholders’ pain points, prioritizing product development, and developing new capabilities for our customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Teams to understand how their products impact our Finance and Treasury Ecosystem.
- Translate new CKO product requirements into detailed finance and treasury operational specifications.
- Oversee the end-to-end development of solutions with various product teams within Financial Infrastructure.
- Focus on metrics to ensure delivered solutions achieve desired impacts.
- Build strong relationships with Finance and Treasury teams to identify pain points and develop future tooling.
- Partner with business, product, and technology stakeholders to gain buy-in and generate momentum.
- Align with other product and engineering leaders on roadmaps and delivery.
- Develop a deep understanding of Checkout.com’s customers and business.
- Promote a team culture aligned with Checkout.com’s operating principles.

Minimum requirements:
- 5-7 years of product management experience.
- Experience working with Finance and/or Treasury teams.
- Data-driven: Skilled at leveraging data and insights for strategic planning.
- Customer-first mindset: Prioritizes customer needs and future opportunities.
- End-to-end mindset: Understands all components necessary for product success.
- Leadership: Collaborates effectively with stakeholders and demonstrates high emotional intelligence.
- Effective communication: Inspires and simplifies complex concepts for diverse audiences.
