We spent years perfecting a service most people will never notice. Because when digital payments just work, businesses grow, customers stay, and no one stops to think about why.
With 19 offices spanning six continents, we feel at home everywhere – but London is our HQ. Wherever our people work their magic, they’re fast-moving, performance-obsessed, and driven by being better every day. Ideal. Because a role here isn’t just another job; it’s a career-defining opportunity to build the future of fintech.
This is a high-impact role at the heart of our hiring engine. We are looking for an innovative Operations professional who is excited about building the recruitment function of the future. In a world of rapid innovation, we are seeking a product-minded problem solver who wants to build with the best and redefine what recruitment excellence looks like to hire at scale.
- AI & Automation Architecture: Audit, calibrate and continuously improve our growing suite of AI capabilities across the recruitment lifecycle. Help design and deploy automations for all aspects of the recruitment process.
- Data Architecture and Decision Intelligence: Build and maintain dashboards to provide hiring insights and identify areas for improvement, and own the integrity and reporting of our core TA metrics. Help maintain data pipelines to connect post-hire performance with pre-hire signals.
- Workflow Optimisation: Hunt for friction points in our daily operations and help us achieve an admin-zero environment. Work with process architects to proactively redesign workflows, and experiment with cutting-edge TA tech to optimise our recruitment and coordination engine.
- Talent Intelligence Engineering: Partner with our recruiters and the business to maintain a central knowledge base of success profiles, sourcing archetypes, and AI search prompts. You will also help lead the governance of hiring algorithms to ensure ethical and effective AI use.
- Product Mindset & Problem Solving: You don’t wait to be told where the problems are; you dive into the data to find them and propose the fix. Experience in talent operations is desirable but not essential.
- AI Mindset: You aren’t a coder, but you understand the basics of how to prompt, train and audit LLMs and NLP models, and define basic automation logic.
- Enablement Understanding: You enjoy teaching others and creating clarity through documentation and guidance.
- Ownership: The ability to "Be the Owner," leading cross-functional projects from concept to completion without needing constant supervision. You will balance complex projects with ad hoc support requests from the team.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to build trust and partner effectively with coordinators, recruiters, and senior business leaders.
- Attention to Detail: A "no room for approximation" mindset, especially regarding data analysis and reporting.
- Continuous Improvement: A drive to be "Better Every Day," constantly identifying bottlenecks in the recruitment, coordination or interviewer experience and fixing them.
This is a career-defining opportunity to be the architect of the TA function of the future. You will fundamentally shape how we use intelligence to hire at scale, ensuring our global hiring engine remains efficient, human-centric, and undeniably high-quality.
- Interviewer Excellence & Quality Control: Act as the guardian of recruitment hygiene. You’ll use performance data to analyze interviewer effectiveness, design high-impact training for the Interviewer and Bar Raiser community, and recognize top-tier hiring talent.
- Product Evolution: Drive the evolution of Talent Acquisition products (such as assessment tools and strategies, referrals, background checks, and visa support) to ensure a premium, scalable experience.
- Global Enablement: As a knowledge architect for TA, you will create the documentation and blueprints that enable the global team to master new systems and methodologies, optimized for a self-service model.
- Operational Rigor: Ensuring the recruitment engine runs with absolute precision. You will oversee the day-to-day health of our operational infrastructure and proactively unblock the team.
