About this role: This is a high-impact role at the strategic heart of our future talent engine. We are looking for an innovative, globally-minded Early Careers professional to be the face, voice, and leader of our NextGen brand. In this role, you aren’t just a program manager; you are a brand ambassador, a community builder, and an operational architect. We are seeking a product-minded problem solver who is excited to lead our foundational programs, design top-tier university partnerships, meet the brightest emerging talent, and define what global excellence looks like. Based in our London HQ, you will set the global standards and frameworks that ensure our early careers talent thrives consistently across all our international hubs.

What you’ll be doing?

  • Driving our Global NextGen Brand: You will be the primary custodian representing our early careers brand in the market. Your goal is to establish us as the top global choice for ambitious students and graduates through creative events, digital engagement, and immersive experiences.
  • Architecting University Partnerships: You will design, build, and oversee high-quality, targeted university partnership frameworks to extract top-tier talent internationally. This goes beyond traditional career fairs; it is about creating deep, long-term strategic links with core global faculties and career centers.
  • Creating Multi-Region Talent Pipelines: You’ll be responsible for scaling and nurturing diverse, high-performing candidate pipelines across our key global entities, ensuring a standardised yet culturally adaptable approach to discovering future leaders.
  • Designing Global Recruitment Strategies: You’ll spearhead the creation of high-quality, standardised recruitment and assessment processes. This includes designing cutting-edge, centralised assessment centres and ensuring a flawless, world-class candidate experience globally.
  • Managing the End-to-End Program Lifecycle: You will take global ownership of the entire Early Careers journey, ensuring programmes run seamlessly from initial application configurations to programme graduation and permanent team placement.
  • Enabling Global Managers & Nurturing Hubs: A great programme needs world-class support. You will build toolkits, frameworks, and training modules to enable international hiring managers to effectively mentor, manage, and accelerate early-career talent on the ground.
  • Cross-Functional & Regional Collaboration: You will partner closely with regional Talent Acquisition stakeholders and People Partners worldwide to ensure local programmes align beautifully with our global standards while matching regional business operational structures.

What we’re looking for:

  • Ambitious & High Energy: You don’t just want to execute a playbook; you want to build a legacy. You bring a high level of energy, urgency, and passion to everything you do, motivated by making a lasting impact on young careers.
  • Master of Global Stakeholder Management: You excel at building trust and navigating diverse perspectives across international leadership teams. You can align corporate objectives with regional nuances to ensure universal programme buy-in.
  • Creative & Forward-Thinking Architect: You challenge the status quo of traditional graduate schemes. You bring fresh, innovative ideas to talent attraction, and you are excited to embed emerging tools (like AI literacy and automated skills mapping) into the programme structure.
  • Natural Networker & Community Builder: You genuinely love connecting with people. You are naturally skilled at inspiring a room full of graduates, managing corporate relationships, or collaborating with academic deans.
  • Data-Driven Problem Solver: You treat talent acquisition as an optimisation problem. When you detect process friction, pipeline bottlenecks, or retention gaps, you proactively design structural, measurable solutions.
  • Collaborative Global Spirit: You thrive in a borderless environment, working seamlessly with international teams to deliver localised impact backed by global alignment.

Why join: This is a unique opportunity to fundamentally own and scale a world-class NextGen brand from our global headquarters. You will enjoy the autonomy to innovate locally in London while steering the strategic direction of a supportive, global team. If you are passionate about defining how the next generation of global fintech talent is discovered and developed, we would love to meet you.
