Responsibilities
- High‑quality web content: Take ownership of creating and publishing compelling thought leadership articles, and manage the publication process via our CMS.
- Commercially‑oriented copywriting: Draft talk tracks for speakers, social copy, merchant interviews, LinkedIn‑native thought leadership, and op‑eds used by our key spokespeople across online and social channels.
- Long‑form and data‑driven collaboration: Support existing content writers on longer‑form pieces, data‑driven content, whitepapers, and industry reports.
- Cross‑functional alignment: Work closely with Digital, Social, and Communication teams, ensuring content is briefed with the right creative assets and that all messaging is tightly aligned.
- Stakeholder engagement: Collaborate regularly with the Communications team on messaging accuracy, while occasionally engaging with senior stakeholders and commercial team members to gather insights and approvals.
- Strategic project support: Contribute to complex projects, including content strategy, working with Product Marketing on technical pieces, and contributing to the overall content roadmap.
