As a Merchant Risk Analytics Analyst at Checkout.com, you will be dealing with the analysis of large data sets in a complex environment, using the latest tools and technologies. You will take the lead in ensuring the overall accuracy of models and data, whilst constantly striving to enhance data quality, adequateness and granularity. You will play a critical role in Risk Operations, developing rules and models to effectively detect, prevent and manage risk within the Checkout.com merchant portfolio.
What you will be doing:
- Develop and manage efficient data pipelines for identifying potential risks.
- Maintain and optimise the current Risk and Fraud monitoring system.
- Create and implement controls to ensure the accuracy and completeness of risk data.
About You:
- Experience working with large data sets in a data-driven environment is strongly preferred.
- Proficient in SQL and DBT to extract and model data from various sources.
- Ability to implement algorithms to solve business problems.
- Knowledge of the risk, fraud and dispute domain is beneficial.
