Role overview

We are seeking an AI Transformation Manager to drive the adoption of cutting‑edge AI solutions across our Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams. This role bridges strategy and practical delivery, shaping our roadmap across three core pillars: Upskilling & Culture, High-Impact Pilots, and Business Self‑Service.

How you'll make an impact

  • Strategy & Roadmap: Define and deliver the AI transformation roadmap across people, process, and technology.
  • Use-Case Pipeline: Identify, prioritize, and deploy high-value AI solutions, starting with quick wins and building toward scalable, enterprise‑grade tools.
  • Process Optimization: Partner with Legal, Risk, and Compliance leads to re‑engineer workflows, enhancing quality, speed, and consistency.
