- Lead Senior Stakeholder Partnership: You will partner directly with senior leadership, DEIB, and Engagement Committees to translate business and cultural goals (including heritage months) into meaningful, inclusive, and measurable experiences.
- Manage End to End Event Lifecycle: You will lead the complete event lifecycle, from initial creative concepting, stakeholder alignment, and logistics to supplier management, onsite delivery and post event analysis.
- Oversee Flawless Operations: You will coordinate all operational elements across all event profiles, including scheduling, invites, catering, AV/tech requirements, and physical setup/breakdown, ensuring seamless execution.
- Drive integrated event communications and marketing: Collaborating with Internal Comms and Brand to deliver impactful 'wrap around' campaigns that build anticipation, engagement, and post-event momentum.
- Own the events budget: Including forecasting, tracking, and ROI analysis, ensuring every initiative maximises value, efficiency, and business impact.
- Lead Vendor & Risk Management: You will build and maintain strong vendor relationships, negotiate competitive contracts, and lead on all risk assessments, compliance, and health and safety requirements for events.
- Champion Data Driven Improvement: You will establish, track, and analyse all KPIs (attendance, eNPS, sentiment, ROI), using data storytelling to demonstrate value to leadership and drive continuous program innovation.
- Act as a Key Cross Functional Partner: You will work in close alignment with Workplace, Comms, and Brand teams on integrated storytelling, support newsletter content, and liaise with global counterparts to share best practices.
About You | Requirements:
- Proven ability to deliver end to end, high impact events and activations in a fast paced, global or creative environment. Ideally in fintech, tech, or professional services.
- A strategic and data driven mindset, with the ability to translate business goals into meaningful experiences and measure success through defined metrics and ROI.
- Creative vision and storyteller, with strong aesthetic judgment and a passion for designing experiences that connect people and celebrate culture.
- Strong commercial and operational acumen, including hands on budget ownership, supplier negotiation, and post event financial reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence and presence to partner effectively with senior leaders and cross functional teams.
- Highly organised, adaptable, and calm under pressure, capable of managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- Genuine enthusiasm for community, culture, and belonging, bringing creativity, empathy, and intent to every initiative.
- Flexibility to support out of hours events.
