Role overview | Remit and Responsibilities
- People Service Delivery & Support
- Provide team members with exceptional service regarding all People-related inquiries, ensuring full accountability through to resolution.
- Manage and resolve ticketing queries, providing high-quality advice while ensuring all tickets are closed within required timeframes.
- People Operations & Systems
- Execute the change and offboarding processes within Workday, ensuring all steps are completed accurately.
- Complete monthly Workday updates to ensure data accuracy of supervisory orgs, reporting lines, cost centers, and job profiles.
- Implement processes relating to the team member lifecycle, focusing on optimisation and scalability.
- Employee Relations & Compliance
- Engage on basic employee relations issues to provide context, working in conjunction with the broader People Partner team. This will include acting as a note-taker in meetings and shadowing more complex cases.
- Proactively learn legal requirements related to the day-to-day management of team members to help reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Provide early support and intervention for issues as they are identified, helping to implement long-term solutions for the business.
- Data, Insights & Projects
- Conduct exit interviews for departing employees to identify and report on attrition trends and feedback.
- Gather data to aid in trend analysis, gaining insights that contribute to the development of new programs and learning opportunities.
- Complete a variety of non-recurring and ongoing projects in partnership with Lead People Partners or as assigned by the Manager.
- Work directly with People and Finance team colleagues to improve business processes relating to hiring, team moves and headcount reporting.

The ideal candidate for the role will bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or any other related field preferred and/or working towards a CIPD qualification.
- Demonstrable experience as People Associate, or Coordinator ideally in the Tech industry.
- Basic knowledge of UK employment practices, with the ability to adapt and learn as needed.
- Growth mindset, constantly thinking about how we can be better and bringing others along on that journey to be #BetterEveryDay.
- Have a #CustomerFirst mindset, constantly looking at how we can solve for our customer and create the best experience possible.
