We are actively looking for an enthusiastic IT Engineer to join our Workplace Technology team. This team member will be responsible for providing technical support to users on-site and working remotely throughout the region. In a truly fast-paced environment, you’ll be the in-office point of contact for our users on everything and anything technology related to IT.

With an environment that is predominantly cloud-based, this is a great opportunity to work with market-leading cloud technologies, ensuring users have access to what they need to do their jobs and helping them get the most out of their tech. Based in our London headquarters, you’ll be helping to maintain the technology in the workplace and working closely with different stakeholders around the business to support their requirements.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and dedicated to learning with a positive can-do attitude, willing to work in a steadfast, global, and collaborative environment.

How you’ll make an impact:
  • Provide customer-focused technical support to our local users, on a mix of Mac & Windows devices
  • Support and troubleshoot a wide range of market-leading SaaS applications and tools such as Google Workspace, Okta, Jamf, InTune, Slack and Atlassian
  • Partner with our Workplace Experience team, to maintain the office technology including desk setups, conference rooms, WiFi and digital signage
  • Support and assist with events and the AV technology throughout the office
  • Assist with the onboarding of new joiners, ensuring access and hardware is provided and hosting IT inductions
  • Manage local inventory and IT stock levels ensuring all items are recorded and tracked appropriately
  • Capable of researching independently and finding solutions to various application issues
  • Act as a point of resource for everything technology
  • Act as an escalation point for our IT Service Desk team
What we’re looking for:
  • Experience and exposure to supporting both Apple OS and Windows devices
  • Ability to troubleshoot and fix laptop hardware, upgrade components and support peripheral/accessories
  • Creative problem-solving skills, with good attitude and willingness to learn and develop
  • Customer service mindset
  • Basic knowledge of networking, servers and databases is preferred
  • Knowledge of Cloud environments would be desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English
