Checkout.com is seeking an Associate, Deal Analyst to join our growing Sales Operations team in our London office to support our global growth. This role sits within our Commercial department. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, detail-oriented and confident in collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams.
In this role you will work with Sales, Legal, Risk, Onboarding and Finance teams, and you should have a strong interest in improving and streamlining processes, be comfortable with AI, and be a self-starter able to work autonomously in an entrepreneurial environment.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Support and adapt the execution of new processes with a focus on pace and customer experience.
- Provide proactive support and guidance to the sales team and our merchants to complete the onboarding process.
- Be a creative problem solver who finds a way to meet clients’ needs while adhering to Checkout.com’s policies.
- Respond to inbound requests from the Sales team regarding onboarding or reviewing existing clients’ profiles.
- Ensure processes which mean we have accurate and up-to-date documentation related to deal structures and contracts.
- Create and review customer agreements/contracts.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders, especially sales, Customer Onboarding, and Legal teams.
- Manage multiple internal stakeholders while delivering exceptional service.
- Support with the onboarding of new colleagues.
- Create impact through projects improving these processes.

- Very detail-oriented.

- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
