About the role: Checkout.com is actively recruiting for a bid content specialist to join our global RFP Management team in London. We are seeking an individual who geeks out on content management in the bid space, is excited to explore the application of AI (Artificial Intelligence) and is considering a career in the bidding environment or payments. This role is an entry-level position into the world of bid management, where you’ll work alongside bid and payments experts on a range of exciting initiatives and opportunities; and you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skillset and experience in an exciting and meaningful way.
The bid content specialist will be tasked with managing the content of our bid library, which is the source of truth for different stakeholders engaged in RFPs at Checkout.com. Ensuring that our library reflects our newest product releases, company information and due diligence posture will be one of your core accountabilities, and being able to effectively engage and manage stakeholders will be fundamental to your success.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, pre-sales, marketing, design, product and many others; to ensure our content library reflects our business; enabling our bid managers to create compelling proposals that reflect our unique value proposition and industry-leading approach to payments. You will also have the opportunity to lead and contribute to a range of exciting initiatives within the RFP Management team, where creativity and original thinking are part of our everyday ways of working.
This role demands a high level of attention to detail, a relentless drive for quality, and a collaborative and ‘be the owner’ mindset. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing success of our Commercial organisation and Checkout.com more broadly too. Qualifications
- Excellent content management skills, with a proven track record of efficiently managing a living content library.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (native English or high proficiency).
- Excellent eye for detail and naturally driven by delivering quality.
- Experience in adopting, enabling and optimising AI within processes and content management.
- Experience in managing due diligence content and questionnaires.
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
- Highly organised self-starter with the ability to prioritise shifting workloads and tasks effectively.
- Competence in expert stakeholder management, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate, collaborate and influence SMEs effectively.
- A strong team player with a can-do attitude and proficiency in problem-solving.
- Expert cradle-to-grave content management.
- Commercial acumen and a passion for payments are preferred.
- Figma design skills would be preferred.
