  • Be the interface between partnerships and product/engineering teams, both internally and externally.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on platforms for merchants, assist merchant RFPs and technical questions wherever platforms are relevant, and be the escalation point for routing issues to partner technical contacts.
  • Provide input to partnership and product teams on technology trends, integration gaps, future features and platform product roadmaps.
  • Technical evangelist for platform partners internally and externally.

About You:

  • Experience in a Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, Implementation Engineering or similar role (payments industry a bonus).
  • Knowledge / experience working with eCommerce platforms, subscription management platforms, and ERPs.

  • Confident working closely with product and engineering teams.
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise shifting workloads and responsibilities effectively.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in French, German or Spanish is a bonus.
