Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious, analytical, and AI-native Senior Specialist to join our global Growth Operations & Lifecycle hub.

Reporting directly to the Head of Growth Operations & Lifecycle Globally, this is a pure, technical operations and systems role.

You won't be managing campaign calendars, writing email copy, or designing creative assets.

Instead, you will be the absolute engine room of our global marketing team-architecting, scaling, and optimizing the technical data flows that power our multi-segment execution across Enterprise, Mid-Marketing and growth segments.

Your mandate is to drive the continuous technical evolution of our Mar Tech stack.

You will take ownership of evaluating new technologies, leading platform migrations, removing architectural technical debt, and ensuring our core systems are unified, scalable, and leak-free.

  • Mar Tech Architecture & Infrastructure Evolution
  • Lead
  • Technology

Evaluations: Serve as the operational lead for major software and platform reviews; gathering cross-functional technical requirements, managing vendor evaluations, and mapping out structural dependencies.

  • Stack Overhaul & Integration: Lead the technical migration and backend overhaul of our core marketing systems, ensuring seamless data synchronization and configuration with our primary CRM environment.
  • System Integrity & Diagnostics: Conduct routine, deep-dive technical audits of our infrastructure to identify data mismatches, routing bottlenecks, or automation leaks, resolving non-routine platform issues independently.
  • Multi-Segment Operational Scaling
  • Cross-Segment

Frameworks: Build and manage the backend routing, scoring, and data models required to simultaneously fuel long-cycle Enterprise buyer journeys and high-velocity B2B segments.

  • AI-Native

Automation: Actively pilot and integrate AI-driven tools, webhooks, and modern automation scripts into our daily infrastructure to scale system capabilities and erase manual bottlenecks.

  • Agile
  • Project

Delivery: Navigate fast-moving global technical initiatives by managing an operational backlog, scoping technical tasks with precision, and executing updates with speed and rigor.

  • Technical Governance & Attribution
  • Attribution

Architecture: Build and maintain the backend tracking frameworks necessary for advanced multi-touch marketing attribution, connecting system performance straight to commercial outcomes.

  • Global

Guardrails: Establish and enforce strict operational governance, unified system labeling protocols, and clear data hygiene standards across all global regions to ensure a single source of truth.

  • Desired Background & Competencies
  • The Ops DNA: You have solid, dedicated experience purely in Marketing Operations, Marketing Systems Engineering, or Mar Tech Management within a fast-paced B2B, Saa S, or Fintech environment.
  • Platform

Expertise: You are an administrator-level power user of major enterprise marketing automation platforms and possess a highly sophisticated understanding of CRM data architecture and relational databases.

  • Migration & Implementation

Experience: You've been through the trenches of a major platform migration, software implementation, or complex technology onboarding process before.

You know how to evaluate tech objectively and plan for zero system downtime.

  • An AI Native: You don't treat AI as a buzzword.

You naturally use AI utilities, automated workflows, and modern tooling to supercharge your own productivity and solve complex logical puzzles.

  • Lateral & Analytical

Thinker: You possess massive analytical capability.

You don't just execute a technical ticket blindly-you look at systems laterally, frame your work in terms of commercial outcomes (not just activities), and understand how a technical change impacts the broader pipeline.

  • Ambitious & Resilient: You thrive on ownership, excel in fast-moving environments, and are comfortable managing multiple technical projects simultaneously while maintaining an uncompromising quality bar.
