The Growth (Sr.) Product Manager: Flow/Remember Me role is part of the Interfaces team, responsible for large parts of the Connect (connecting customers to our Global Payments Network) and Manage (orchestrating payments and finances) product portfolio. Flow is our flagship product—a pre-built, customizable payment UI that merchants can embed into their checkout across web and mobile native apps. Flow supports 25+ payment methods, optimizes time to market, accelerates global expansion, and balances performance with compliance and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end flow/Remember Me: analyze user interaction, identify areas for improvement, and design experiments to optimize the payment experience, feature adoption, and key conversion funnels within Flow.
- Drive growth initiatives: develop and execute data-driven strategies to improve performance metrics while reducing cost and risk.
- GTM with cross-functional collaboration: work with marketing, commercial, engineering, design, and data teams to implement and iterate on new features and product improvements.
- Gain deep customer insights: gather insights from merchants and users through engagement, surveys, interviews, and A/B testing to understand needs and pain points.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics: track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives and identify areas for optimization (e.g., load times, time to interact, conversion rate, acceptance rate, fraud rate, user signups, repeat purchases).
- Stay ahead of the curve: research trends in payments, emerging technologies, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes.
- Gain a deep understanding of Checkout.com’s customers and business.
About You
- Proven experience: 5-7 years as a Growth Product Manager or similar role focused on user flow optimization, ideally in fintech or payments.
- Data-driven mindset: strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Growth hacking expertise: familiarity with experimentation techniques and a track record of driving user growth.
- User-centric approach: passion for understanding merchant needs and creating seamless experiences.
- Excellent communication: ability to clearly convey ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive and results-oriented: self-starter with a bias toward action.
- Leadership: ability to collaborate with stakeholders across product, engineering, commercial, and business teams with high EQ and influencing skills.
