This role will report into our Manager, Talent Operations and sit within our growing Talent Acquisition team. This specific role will be part of our growing Candidate Management team. You’ll play an important role as we grow this function, ensuring a high quality candidate experience. You will be at the forefront of interactions with the business, and be the main point of contact for all candidates going through our hiring process, and will also have the opportunity to identify improvements and efficiency drivers across processes. Acting as a coordinator between hiring managers, interviewers, talent acquisition partners, and the people onboarding team, you’ll be the linchpin connecting both process and experience and expanding your skill set across an array of activities.

Role Overview
- Managing the end-to-end scheduling and coordination of all interviews for our current vacancies across the globe.
- Remaining agile and solution-oriented with all scheduling changes and reschedules, and quickly problem-solve any challenges that arise.
- Building and nurturing stakeholder relationships, ensuring hiring managers, interviewers and candidates remain informed throughout the process.
- Acting as a point of contact for hiring managers, interviewers and candidates, effectively escalating any questions they may have to the relevant subject matter experts (SMEs).
- Maintaining the applicant tracking system (Workday), ensuring all scheduling is completed via the scheduling tool (GoodTime) and candidates are always in the correct stage of the process. Also ensuring templates and employment contracts are up to date for all roles and locations.
- Warmly greet and welcome on-site interview candidates, serving as a friendly and approachable point of contact to ensure a positive first impression and comfortable interview experience.
- Support your talent acquisition partners with core tasks such as purchase orders for agency candidates and booking candidate travel where appropriate.
- Manage both internal and external interview processes with discretion and confidentiality.
