We are looking for a Senior Specialist, APM Relationships to join the Financial Partnerships, Go To Market team to help drive growth and manage a book of partners in the European Market. This role is based in London and reports into the Senior Manager of APM Relationships. It is hands-on and highly cross-functional, working with product, engineering, sales, and marketing. You will execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies with key partners to drive adoption of Checkout.com solutions across core commercial pillars, while handling multiple projects from conception to operationalization of the partnership.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow APM relationships to develop and deliver payment solutions for merchants;
- Lead negotiations with APM partners to establish mutually beneficial commercial terms, ensuring alignment with Checkout.com's revenue goals and risk appetite;
- Oversee day-to-day management of APM enablement projects, escalations and performance of APM partners, ensuring smooth launch of products and partnerships and ongoing relationship management;
- Collaborate with APM partners to develop comprehensive GTM plans encompassing joint marketing initiatives, sales enablement programs, and co-selling activities;
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Account Management, Product) to promote Checkout.com APM solutions and drive adoption among our clients;
- Serve as a key point of contact for APM partners, representing Checkout.com at industry events and fostering strong relationships within the payments ecosystem.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in partnership management, or a related field within the payments or tech industries;
- A mix of operations, project management, and relationship management skill set;
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally;
- A strong sense of ownership to deliver business results with a focus on managing partner relationships;
- Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to complex business challenges;
- Good analytical skills with the ability to track, analyze, and interpret data to inform decision-making.
