In this role, you will convert complex products and payment capabilities into scalable, controlled, customer-focused operations. Collaborating across Operations with various partners, you will design end-to-end workflows by translating product and regulatory requirements, establishing controls, identifying automation, and ensuring launch readiness.
You will initially establish operational foundations for new digital-asset and stablecoin capabilities, collaborating across Risk, Compliance, and Merchant teams to create clear, executable processes.
- Design operating models: Lead end-to-end process design and redesigns for new product launches across operational functions such as Risk, Compliance, and Merchant Operations.
- Operationalise capabilities: Translate product, regulatory, and technical requirements into actionable processes, controls, and handoffs.
- Digital-asset operations: Apply crypto (stablecoin), blockchain, and fintech knowledge to build safe, scalable, and compliant operations.
- Drive clarity & alignment: Structure ambiguous problems, identify risks, and align cross-functional stakeholders.
- Scale & optimise: Establish governance, metrics, controls, and automated workflows using AI and modern tooling.
What We’re Looking For
- Digital Assets & Payments Implementation: A strong background in digital assets, crypto (specifically stablecoin), blockchain technology, and implementing regulated payment capabilities.
- Operational Excellence & Process Design: 3+ years in process design or operational excellence driving transformation in fintech.
- Cross-Domain Agility: Proven ability to work across multiple operational functions (e.g. Risk, Compliance, and Merchant servicing) to support cross-functional operational requirements.
- Stakeholder Influence: Strong analytical skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Preferred qualifications
- End-User Product Experience: Experience supporting or launching end-user facing product capabilities, digital assets, or regulated payment implementations.
- Advanced AI & Automation: Proficiency with AI tools/platforms (e.g., Claude, Codex, custom agents), workflow automation, process mining, or operational analytics.
- Process Methodologies: Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, or structured transformation frameworks.
- Cross-Functional & Governance Operations: Experience across multiple operational functions (Risk, Compliance, Merchant) and establishing governance, operating procedures, and control frameworks.
