Checkout.com is seeking a motivated Relationship Manager to lead our bank relationships across Europe and the UK. Reporting to the Global Head of Bank Relationships, you will be working with Checkout’s key bank partners and will be the main point of contact for external and internal queries.
About You:
- Ability to build strong professional relationships
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Strong business orientation and ability to manage and prioritise high workload in a fast-paced environment
- “Can do” attitude with a positive mindset
- Experience in cash and treasury management services
- Good understanding of bank accounts opening and onboarding processes, including KYC and EDD approvals
What you will be doing:
- Owning the implementation projects for Europe and the UK, and be the global coordinator for the implementation managers across all regions
- Establish and manage relationships with existing contacts at partner banks and internal stakeholders
- Coordinating the execution of Due Diligence questionnaires, KYC and Onboarding requirements
- Providing assistance on banking infrastructure requirements in new countries / verticals
- Monitoring and updating online bank accounts accesses
- Efficiently managing queries from internal and external partners, related to payments processing and compliance topics
- Coordination of external bank meetings
- Act as primary point of cover when the Global Head of Bank Relationships is out of office, coordinating all queries, meetings and managing escalations
