Because a role here isn’t just another job; it’s a career-defining opportunity to build the future of fintech.

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Engineer to join our Engineering team. This is an entry-level professional role designed for someone at the start of their engineering career. You will support the delivery of essential IT services, ranging from Identity and Access Management (IAM) to the administration of our Workplace Technology stack.

As an Engineer, your focus is on learning our ecosystem, executing defined technical tasks, and developing the foundational skills required to manage enterprise-scale IT infrastructure. You will work under the guidance of Senior Engineers to ensure our global team stays connected and secure.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Identity Support: Assist with the day-to-day administration of Okta, including troubleshooting joiner/mover/leaver workflows and assisting with basic SSO application integrations.
  • Platform Maintenance: Support the administration of the Atlassian suite (Jira/Confluence) and other SaaS tools, helping to manage user permissions, project space creation, and basic configuration updates.
  • Endpoint Management: Provide technical support for a fleet of macOS and Windows endpoints, using Microsoft Intune and Jamf, responsible for supporting device enrollment, software distribution, and policy management.
  • Automation Learning: Work alongside Senior Engineers to understand our automation pipelines. Help maintain existing scripts (Python/PowerShell) and contribute to small automation improvements.
  • Incident Response: Act as the first technical point of contact for escalated IT issues. Document symptoms, perform initial troubleshooting, and escalate complex problems to the wider engineering team.
  • Asset & SaaS Management: Assist in the lifecycle management of hardware and software, ensuring our asset registers and SaaS license counts are accurate and up to date.
  • Documentation: Create and update "How-to" guides and technical documentation for both internal team use and end-user self-service.
  • Continuous Growth: Actively participate in code reviews and team ceremonies, taking on well-defined tasks to build your technical proficiency and understanding of the business.

What We’re Looking For

  • Foundational Knowledge: A relevant technical degree, completion of a technical bootcamp, or equivalent hands‑on experience in a junior technical role.
  • Technical Curiosity: A strong interest in how Identity providers (like Okta or Azure AD) work and a desire to learn protocols like SAML and SCIM.
  • Problem Solving: A logical approach to troubleshooting. Comfortable asking "why" and "how" things work to find the root cause of an issue.
  • Basic Scripting: Exposure to or a strong interest in learning scripting languages (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) to automate repetitive tasks.
  • Atlassian Familiarity: Basic experience using Jira and Confluence is a plus, even if only from a user perspective.
  • Reliability: A dependable team player who follows established procedures, meets deadlines, and communicates progress clearly.
  • Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical steps clearly to colleagues.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
