Checkout.com is seeking a Strategy & Operations Associate to join the NORAM Commercial team. You will act as a key business partner to NORAM Commercial Leadership, delivering data-driven insights on trends and productivity. Beyond reporting, you will support revenue forecasting and contribute to key GTM initiatives like territory planning and customer segmentation. You will operationalize commercial strategy by optimizing processes and leading cross-functional projects. We are looking for an analytical problem-solver with 2–4 years of experience who is ready to bridge the gap between data, strategic execution, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Commercial Analytics & Reporting: Own the numbers: Build and maintain dashboards (Salesforce/Looker) to track key commercial KPIs and productivity metrics.
  • Forecasting Support: Support the region’s revenue forecasting cadence and pipeline management process, ensuring data hygiene and accuracy.
  • Insight Generation: Provide commercial reporting and deep-dive insights to drive business discussions and decision-making for leadership.
  • Strategic Planning & GTM Operations: Assist in delivering company-wide GTM initiatives, including sales territory planning, verticalization, and customer segmentation.
  • Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and help map the customer journey to improve efficiency.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct analysis to support the shaping of the company’s commercial strategy and uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead specific workstreams within cross-functional projects, working closely with stakeholders in Enablement, Product, Marketing, and Finance.
  • Stakeholder Management: Present data-driven recommendations to various stakeholders to influence actions and strategic direction.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Venture Capital, Management Consulting and/or Revenue/Business Operations or Strategy at a high-growth start-up.
  • Analytical and Technical Skills: Analytical mindset for data interpretation and manipulation is non-negotiable. You should be comfortable manipulating large datasets to interpret complex data. This can be demonstrated via advanced Excel skills and/or experience with SQL and BI tools (Looker/Tableau).
