  • Foster Creative Culture: Actively contribute to the team’s creative culture by sharing ideas, learning from others, and proactively seeking constructive feedback to continuously iterate for better solutions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Design Expertise: Strong background in graphic or brand design, with an exceptional aptitude for typography, layout, and visual storytelling across digital, print, and physical touchpoints.
  • System Thinking: Ability to think in systems, understanding how small and large design choices affect the broader brand experience and how to scale design consistency.
  • Collaborative Mindset: A true team player who works seamlessly with cross-functional stakeholders, values diverse perspectives, and knows when to bring in support to execute a brief.
  • Accountability & Ownership: Deeply accountable for your work, with a proven ability to manage project timelines, share progress clearly, and learn from mistakes to build internal trust.
  • Agility & Self-Motivation: Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment, with the flexibility to "wear many hats" when required.
  • Communication & Presentation Skills: Confident articulating your design work, creative process, and strategic choices to non-creative internal business partners.
  • Growth Orientation: Driven by a love for learning, a desire to welcome constructive feedback, and an excitement to grow even if you don't check every single requirement on day one.
