Product Manager, Flow – Checkout.com
Checkout.com is seeking a Product Manager in its Flow team delivering best-in-class payment experiences for merchants and consumers. These products enable our merchants to take a broad range of payment methods within their website and mobile apps and are key to the success of some of our largest merchants. The PM will define the growth strategy for Flow, ensuring our products are optimised for the best conversion and acceptance.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own a set of products under our Consumer pillar, enabling merchants to take a wide variety of payments within their website and mobile apps.
- Build out a strategy for payment experience at Checkout.com, including optimising existing products for best payment conversion and delivering best-in-class merchant and consumer experience.
- Increase usage of the existing product suite while ideating on net-new and greenfield mobile products.
- Be an expert in the payment experience space, informing strategy to offer merchants a best-in-class solution.
- Build strong partnerships with business, product, and technology stakeholders to generate momentum for mobile products.
- Collaborate with other product and engineering leaders to align cross-functional roadmaps related to the mobile world.
- Gain deep understanding of Checkout.com’s customers, including end-customers, developers, and businesses.
- Foster relationships across engineering and broader teams, promoting Checkout.com’s operating principles.
About You
- 3-5 years of product management experience.
- Data-driven: leverage data and insights to set priorities and drive the product roadmap, focused on outcomes.
- Customer-first mindset: empathise with different customer types from developers to end-users.
- End-to-end mindset: experience taking products from ideation to execution and scaling.
- Leadership: excellent cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders in product, engineering, design, commercial, and business teams.
- Effective communicator: able to inspire and simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience with technical products (APIs, DBs, SDKs, or Infra) and developer-first products is desirable.
- Mobile experience is desirable but not required.
