As an Analytics Manager for Financial Experiences, you will lead analytics for one of Checkout.com’s strategically important product areas. Financial Experiences (FeX) exists to give customers modern solutions to control and manage their money. The product pillar spans products and capabilities across Checkout Business Account and balances, acceleration, FX, financial reporting and invoicing, pricing and billing, bank payouts, and client settlements.

You will be a co‑owner of product success in the pillar: shaping how we measure performance, building the data foundations and self‑serve products required to support decision‑making, and generating insights that influence roadmap priorities and product outcomes.

What you will do:

  • Manage and lead a small team of analytics engineers and product analysts.
  • Own the analytics roadmap for FeX, ensuring focus on the highest‑value opportunities across product measurement, merchant insight, pricing, billing and funds management.
  • Define the measurement frameworks, north‑star metrics, supporting KPIs and decision mechanisms that help FeX teams understand whether products are creating value for merchants and for Checkout.com.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to ensure products are correctly instrumented, the right data is captured, and analytics output is trustworthy, scalable and actionable.
  • Deliver self‑serve data products, dashboards and analyses that help teams monitor performance, identify product improvement opportunities and make better trade‑offs faster.
  • Increase the data maturity of the pillar by embedding rigorous, data‑driven decision‑making into discovery, prioritisation, launch measurement and ongoing product development.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience leading analytics, product analytics and/or analytics engineering in a product‑led environment.
  • Demonstrable experience in building descriptive measurement and delivering insights to evaluate product performance and validate impact.
  • Experience delivering data products, self‑serve analytics and data models that support decision‑making at scale.
  • Strong analytical problem‑solving skills, with the ability to turn ambiguous business and product questions into clear, structured, data‑informed recommendations.
  • Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with senior stakeholders, align priorities and scope analytical delivery in complex environments.
  • Technical foundation in analytics engineering, ideally building data pipelines with DBT, working with cloud data warehouses and scheduling/orchestration of data pipelines.
  • Ideally, experience in payments, fintech, financial products, pricing, billing, treasury or adjacent financial domains.
