As our Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring all fire protection works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. You will act as the key point of contact on-site, coordinating teams, liaising with clients, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supervise and coordinate site-based fire protection works (e.g., fire stopping, passive fire protection, fire doors)
  • Ensure all work is carried out in line with health & safety regulations and company policies
  • Manage site teams, subcontractors, and materials
  • Conduct site inspections and quality checks
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
  • Liaise with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders
  • Identify and resolve on-site issues efficiently
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in a Site Supervisor role within fire protection or construction
  • Strong knowledge of passive fire protection systems and regulations
  • SSSTS or SMSTS certification
  • FIRAS accreditation or similar
  • First Aid certification
  • Experience of working on commercial or residential projects
  • Full UK Driving Licence
