Manage day-to-day site operations on passive fire protection projects, including fire stopping, fire doors, and compartmentation works. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure efficient project delivery. Ensure all works comply with current fire safety legislation, industry standards, and client specifications. Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and quality checks. Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports, RAMS, and compliance documentation. Liaise with clients, residents, and stakeholders, ensuring minimal disruption in occupied properties. Promote and enforce strict health & safety standards across all site activities. Identify and resolve any on-site issues quickly and effectively.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager within Passive Fire Protection.
  • Strong background working on social housing or occupied residential projects.
  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
  • CSCS card (Manager level).
  • First Aid at Work certification (preferred).
  • Experience with fire door inspections and installations.
  • Knowledge of FIRAS, BM TRADA, or similar accreditation schemes.
  • Experience working with local authorities or housing associations desirable.
