Following further growth across the group, we are seeking an ambitious and dedicated Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic commercial team in Elland, West Yorkshire. This role is essential in supporting our projects by assisting in cost management, procurement, and contract administration. Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets for construction projects. Preparation and analysis of tender documents. Monitor project costs and assist in financial reporting. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to project costs and contracts.
